      Innovative friction reduction device designed to efficiently and reliably convey tubing or casing strings into highly deviated or extended lateral horizontal well bores. The roller creates low contact areas that keep the tubing or casing joint off the low side of the well, passing over problem areas that can cause sticking. The Casing Roller is connected to the tubing string by a mandrel that matches the physical and mechanical properties of the tubing. When placed between each joint of tubing, it acts as a coupling, allowing the roller to rotate freely and self-orient.

                The I-Wheel™ Tandem Sub is an inline conveyance solution designed to replace perforating tandem subs with a rollerized design that minimizes friction and allows explosives to reach further in deviated wells.

                The custom engineered sub is specifically designed to facilitate the deployment of Impact Selector’s patented I-Wheel™ in perforating gun strings. It features perforating gun thread connections and a profile to suit the I-Wheel™.

                The I-Wheel Tandem Sub is efficient, consistent, and reliable in highly deviated wells up to 84°. It can be placed above, below, or between gun sections, with the detonating cord run through the mandrel. The entire gun assembly is lifted onto highly efficient rollers, eliminating modeled contact friction by up to 80% and allowing easier and deeper wellbore access without the need for wireline tractors.

                When used in combination with an eccentric weight bar, Impact Selector’s I-Wheel™ Tandem sub significantly reduces the torque required to orient the string. I-Wheel™ Tandem Subs are available in a wide range of sizes and can be ordered with a choice of connection types.
